Development of the architectural and interior design project for new Parfois stores and brand renovations, both owned and franchised, worldwide. This work included the design of the Rua das Flores store in Porto.

Full process management from concept to store opening — coordinating internally with Architecture, Construction, Marketing and Product teams, and externally with partners and franchisees. The goal was to deliver the best possible result for each location while safeguarding brand identity, customer experience and design standards.

Simultaneous coordination of multiple construction processes, including furniture production, delivery and on-site installation, ensuring that stores opened on schedule, even under demanding timelines.
