Project of a six-apartment building, including interiors, common areas and infrastructures.

Full architectural design and site supervision ensured a complete process from concept to completion. The intervention preserved the building’s original character while upgrading all spaces to contemporary standards of comfort, functionality and efficiency.

Original materials such as wooden floors, stone details and traditional window frames were carefully restored, while kitchens, bathrooms and technical systems were entirely renewed. The design introduced light, natural materials and a soft, cohesive palette to create bright, timeless interiors that respect the building’s history while meeting the demands of modern living.
