Architectural and interior design of Parfois flagship store in NorteShopping, Matosinhos, Porto.

The role covered the full journey of each store, from the first sketches to opening day. This involved close coordination with internal Architecture, Construction, Marketing and Product teams, as well as continuous collaboration with franchise partners, ensuring that every store reflected the brand’s identity and customer-experience standards.

In parallel, multiple construction processes were managed simultaneously — overseeing furniture production, logistics, delivery and on-site installation — to guarantee that openings were executed on tight schedules, without compromising quality or design intent.
